Welcome to Nhà Ginza Ginza Restaurant. Our menu consists of traditional and authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

Vietnamese food is loved by many all over the world for its simple yet delicate combination of spices, fresh vegetables, and aromatic herbs. Our hearty and popular noodle soups, rice dishes, and noodle dishes include a fine balance of healthy and fresh ingredients, resulting in robust and savory flavors. We hope to introduce you to a delicious, healthy, and well-balanced culinary experience.

On our Ortaköy Express menu, you’ll find Phở, Bún, Bún Bò Huế, Chả Giò, and Vietnamese iced coffee. First come first served.

Our rooftop terrace Sultanahmet branch will have a full menu with some of your favorite traditional Vietnamese dishes. Please check out the menu tab for more information. By reservation only.

We are open for dine-in and take-out following strict safety and health guidelines to protect our staff and customers.

Our Story

Nhà Ginza Ginza is the first and only restaurant in Turkey with an authentic Vietnamese menu. Within one month of its 2019 launch in Bodrum, Nhâ Ginza Ginza received rave reviews from customers all over Turkey and the world. The restaurant quickly became recognized as one of the greatest additions to the food scene in Bodrum and Turkey and immediately received top-ratings on TripAdvisor and 5-star on Facebook.
